Grief can be an overwhelming and lonely process. Sometimes our loved ones, who have the best intentions to help, are unfortunately unable to understand the depths of our feelings and mental state. After losing my Mum I underwent my very own unique grieving process whilst having to organise a funeral and deal with a very difficult and unexpected situation regarding my mums will. My spiritual awareness greatly assisted me in holding a pragmatic perspective and embrace a new relationship with my mum in spirit, whilst allowing myself to go through the ebb and flow of emotions when the waves of grief came. Grief can take over our lives. It changes us deeply. We can easily feel vulnerable, fractured and lost. Sometimes feeling anger towards the ones we have lost can lead us into a state of guilt, other times we can feel alone, other times we may just need our story and what we are going through to be heard. This session will be a safe space for you to express and explore where you are in your grieving process. Where you can take comfort in knowing that I have been where you are. If you want my advice I will give it, If you need healing I will offer it. If you just wish to express yourself then I will listen without judgement. This session is offered on a sliding scale donation basis. We will meet online for 1 hour and as well as hold space for you to express your situation I will offer healing and/or guide you through your energy body to see if we can bring you some inner harmony to help you deal with your grief in your humanness as well as spiritually.
