Six Weeks of Inner Worlds & Gateways Experiential Learning
Week 1 - The Physical Temple
An exploration of the physical body as the sacred temple and the housing for all subtle layers.
Feeling into the locations, lines, and 'bridges' that act as entry points to the Etheric and Akashic realms.
Connecting the chakras, glands, and organs—the vital pathways where the universal meets the individual.
Opening the inner doorways by becoming aware of the physical architecture of our being.

Week 2 - The Emotional & Mental Bodies
Exploring the movement of the Air and Water elements within our being.

Using the imagination and creativity of the mental body and the fluid memory of the emotional body as tools to journey.
Understanding how imbalances in these bodies manifest as symptoms or illness.
Learning to shift our awareness to navigate our inner and outer worlds differently.

Week 3 - The Three Cauldrons
An exploration of the three primary creative energy pools within us
Observing how they act as internal mirrors of the Lower, Middle, and Upper Worlds.
We look at how these vessels hold our stories, our capacity for discernment, and our soul wisdom as we learn to navigate the landscapes within.

Week 4 - The Seven Gateways
An esoteric exploration of the Seven Gateways as energetic portals into our Inner Worlds.
Understanding the nervous system as the vital network connecting the inner and outer Etheric realms.
Deepening our awareness of the specific 'flavour' and meaning of each Gateway and how the Paired Centres coordinate to align our energy with the Three Cauldrons.

Week 5 - Becoming the One
The Heart as the centre of our being and the gateway beyond the gateways that leads us into Oneness.
Discovering how the Heart acts as the hub for the Middle Cauldron, teaching us the discernment and harmony needed to govern our own energy.
Finding the stillness within our own centre as the key to connecting with the deeper vastness of the All.

Week 6 - shamanic & Celestial Pathways
Exploring the Earth Star and Soul Star as our gateways into the shamanic and celestial realms.
Understanding the shamanic path as the essential support that helps us embody our experience and navigate the middle and lower worlds.
Balancing the subtle, sublime wisdom of the celestial pathways with the rooted strength of nature.
Closing the journey by deepening our roots into the Earth, allowing for a true and stable expansion into the vastness of our being.

Each week, the teachings are anchored through guided journeys and direct practices designed to help you 'enter' your inner worlds. This is a space for insights and, most importantly, a sanctuary to share and reflect on what you already know and have felt—validating those experiences that often sit outside 'common knowledge'.

The Practicalities of our Journey
This 6-week container is held as a virtual sanctuary, allowing you to engage with the deep work of the inner worlds from the comfort of your own sacred space.

Each session is approximately 60-90 minutes

The sessions are held online via Google Meet.

Each session includes meditative practice, and therefore requires a quiet and comfortable space for you to participate.
The gatherings will be recorded and held in a private archive, allowing you to return to the journeys and teachings whenever you need to drop back into your centre.
You'll have lifetime access to the archive.

If the times of the live meetings are unsuitable for you, the journeys and explorations can be followed via the recordings alone. If you decide to participate in this way, you will receive the weekly gatherings via the online archive.
