Refund & Returns Policy

At Light of the Soul, each block of ceremonial cacao and every sacred service is handled with deep care, intention, and respect. Please read our policy below regarding physical products (cacao) and digital/service offerings.

1. Ceremonial Cacao (Physical Products)

Returns & Mind-Change

​

Due to the perishable, food-grade nature of ceremonial cacao, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once the order has been dispatched. Please ensure you review your order carefully prior to checkout.

Damaged or Defective Goods

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Insert Your Email Address] with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs showing the damage to both the packaging and the product.

Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

 

 

Delivery Terms & Shipping Disclaimers

  • Correct Address Requirement: Customers are strictly responsible for providing an accurate, full, and complete shipping address at checkout (including correct door numbers and postcodes). Light of the Soul is not responsible or liable for refunds or free replacements if an item is lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer.

  • Proof of Delivery: Once the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail) confirms delivery to the provided address, the order is deemed fulfilled.

  • Uncollected Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected from the local courier depot after a missed delivery attempt, the buyer will be responsible for the postage costs incurred to re-ship the item.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved by us (e.g., due to a defective item), Light of the Soul will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. In all other approved cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Services, Soul Readings & Online Programs

​

  • Soul Readings: Due to the bespoke, personal nature of intuitive readings, all sales are final once the reading has been recorded or delivered.

  • Online Programs & Digital Archives: Access to digital course materials and lifetime archives is granted immediately upon purchase. Digital offerings are non-refundable once accessed.
