Terms & Conditions
By using this Site or purchasing any product or service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Intellectual Property
All content published on this Site—including text, images, logos, audio recordings, course materials, and branding—is the intellectual property of Gemma Jones / Light of the Soul. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
2. Sale of Goods & Services
We offer the following through our Site:

3. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY
-
Buyer Address Accuracy: Buyers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and correct shipping address (including house numbers and valid postcodes) at checkout. Light of the Soul is not responsible or liable to issue refunds or free replacements for parcels that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the buyer.
-
Fulfillment & Safe Place: Orders delivered to the address provided or left in a designated "safe place" as confirmed by courier proof of delivery (e.g., Royal Mail tracking) are considered fully fulfilled.
-
Uncollected Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us because the buyer failed to arrange re-delivery or collect it from a local depot following a missed delivery notice, the buyer will be required to cover postage costs to re-send the item.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND RIGHTS
A. Physical Goods (Ceremonial Cacao)
-
Perishable & Food Safety Exemption: Under UK Law, the 14-day statutory right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods, food items, or sealed consumables once opened. All sales of ceremonial cacao are final once dispatched.
-
Damaged Items: If your cacao arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at gemma@lightofthesoul.co.uk with photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product to qualify for a replacement or refund.
B. Digital Programs & Online Content
By purchasing access to immediate digital downloads, archives, or self-paced courses (Inner Worlds & Gateways), you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel is waived once digital access is granted.
C. Bespoke Services & Soul Readings
Soul Readings and 1-on-1 sessions are personal, bespoke digital deliverables. Once a reading has been recorded or performed, it cannot be refunded. Cancellations for scheduled live sessions must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
