A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity for growth & expansion in a supportive setting with likeminded Souls.

Ceremonial Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that gently and lovingly works beside you, enhancing meditation & visualisation which enables you to come into deeper awareness of your Soul and your spiritual abilities. The spirit of Cacao has an inner knowing that guides you to what you need as you journey with the shamanic sounds and explore your inner world.

 

When used as a spiritual tool Ceremonial Cacao can support you as you release, find clarity, surrender, or take the next step on your path - whatever it is you need in the moment this ceremony will asssit you in finding the thread to move forward.

This Ceremony will introduce you to working with the spirit of Cacao in your own unique way through guided visualisations, sharing and learning, shamanic sounds & song, plus an offering of healing & spiritual guidance.

Together we drink a cup of ceremonial cacao, whilst I guide you within and create the ceremony setting allowing the mind to relax and your heart to expand. Ceremony is the space where the sacred can begin to be woven into our every day lives.

A Cacao Ceremony is best experienced on an empty stomach, and the morning is the easiest time of the day to accommodate this. You will receive an email with more guidance when you book but for now here is what you need to know:

​

• Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle, small pillow and blanket(s) - any items that make you most comfortable.

• We will be sitting cross-legged on the floor for some of the time (chairs are available) then laying down during the Shamanic healing journey.

• Lighter meals are recommended prior as Cacao can be strong on our bellies but listen to what your body needs. Foods especially best to avoid 2-3 hours before are animal products. It is also best to avoid alcohol 24hrs prior to the ceremony.

• Anybody with heart issues or taking anti-depressant medication please inform me so dosage can be adjusted as there can be contra-indications.
