Sound Bath

Shamanic & Celestial Sounds to bring about calm, peace and healing. You will be welcomed into Sacred Space, set intentions for your sound journey then be bathed in sounds to transport you to your inner world, where you may travel with guides & loving spirits or simply relax and be bathed in healing vibrations.

We will centre in our Hearts and root into our body, readying ourselves for a celestial sound journey that will assist you to centre and align, call home all Soul fragments and Embody all that you are.

What to Bring with you:

Yoga Mat
Pillow/cushion if required for your comfort
Blanket
Journal to record anything you experience
Water

Please bring all that you need to support your comfort. The Sanctuary has a small amount of spare blankets & pillows. Drinking (tap) water is available.

Gemma's sound bath with bells, drums, gongs and her soulful singing is beautiful and helps you relax and feel your vibration rising. It's very gentle and powerful, just Heavenly sounds from Gemma and the energies coming through. Gemma has created a magical space with candles. I really enjoyed the Cacao and Blue Lotus oil and the meditation. Definitely worth stepping out of the everyday to attend x

How I facilitate Sound Bath's

My sound healing offerings are intuitively led, engaging and connecting with the Sacred instruments I allow the sounds to peak and flow as guided. Sound is a carrier of vibration which can bring shifts in all forms - release, clarity, calm & peacefullness. You will be guided and supported as you journey within, and upon the sounds.

As with all my offerings I spend dedicated time preparing myself and the healing space, I call in my own as well as your spiritual teams and set a guided intention for the gathering to provide what is needed for our highest good.
