The Process of Listening
After personal preparation and connecting with your Soul, I follow a dedicated framework to carefully and attentively 'ask' your chakras how they are. Using all of my senses, I ‘listen’ for the response and allow the energy to return to its natural, harmonious flow state—bringing about the desired healing.
This approach opens a doorway into your energy field that allows me to be the conduit of harmonious energy from the universe, whilst at the same time receiving the messages that you need to resolve the dis-harmony you may have been feeling, in doing so, you become aware of the roots of your stress or imbalance.
This awareness is the medicine that helps prevent its return.
Ultimately the intention of an Esoteric Healing session with me is for you to leave feeling calm and balanced, and with a sense of empowerment that you know how to hear the needs of your body, soul & being.
