I went into deep reflection of the past weeks when the women left today and found myself feeling โback in that connected placeโ the wisdom that came through is that integration is so important and with that comes rest.
When we push against anything - what our body is telling us, the guidance weโre receiving- we block. Integration and rest are an essential part of the journey.
So much clicked into place from the gathering that I felt guided to make a video to talk through what we did in order for those of you possibly feeling the way we had been feeling to explore your own way of recalibrating.
