Energy Healing Triangles to Help You Through Winter



It’s taken me some time to formulate this into a ‘how to’ but finally, here is an exercise you can try on yourself which will help you in many ways.


  • It will help you deepen your intuition.

  • Give you confidence in connecting to your soul and energy - which strengthens your channel - your connection to source and all beings.

  • Deepens your mind/body connection.

  • You’ll receive healing.

  • You offered the healing yourself!

If you’ve had a healing session or personal ceremony with me that involved some healing you may have heard me talk about energy triangles in your feedback.


These triangles are 3 points of energy within your fields being used in combinations that when used together bring about a different focus of healing than when the chakra is used alone, or in another combination. Sometimes, they simply bring more focus or ‘amplified’ healing.


Each organ in your body has a minor energy centre within it. This is what I tune in to and will give you guidance on how to do the same here today.


Each chakra governs an area of your body. We connect with the ‘governing’ chakra in each triangle to bring the energy in.


You could tune in to your solar plexus and offer healing to your stomach which may well do the job but a triangle reaches the stomach in a way that energy better understands the healing you are offering.


Let’s use the stomach triangle and give you an example:

The stomach triangle would consists of:


Point 1 - Solar plexus Point 2 - The stomach itself Point 3 - The stomach’s energy centre known as a minor centre.


Allow your mind to relax about the actual shape of the triangle and focus more on three energy points working together in harmony - for after all this is some of the strong symbology of the triangle.


When you tune in to your stomach in this way, your stomach gets the healing directed here, one way to put it, would be that your stomach gets the force of healing coming through, the healing is directly channeled to this area.


This yields deeper, longer lasting and even quicker healing and really helps you to tune in to your energy body and interpret the flow moving through you.


You can even tune in to specific ‘body within the organ I.e. - physical, emotional or mental aspect/body. But we will not go into this today.


Obviously you’d need to practice this but if you intentionally tune in you can begin to sense the energy of your own being quite quickly when you trust.


Hopefully this is beginning to paint a picture for you. Let’s move on to the triangles that will help you through the winter months, how to begin sensing your energy and offering healing.


Tips to get started:


Always offer healing, instead of sending it as the recipient may not need exactly what you are sending, when you offer healing, the recipients soul will take what is needed only and disregard what isn’t.


Always get prepared. Set an intention to offer yourself some healing, set or open your sacred space and tune in.


Align in your heart. Focus in your heart and from here connect with Mother Earth and with the Source/Universe/Great Spirit above. Call these energies into harmony within your heart and sense the balance within you.


When you have felt this centred focused feeling within, this is the best time to ask permission.


Even with your own soul remember to always ask permission. You will know if you have permission or not. It may be a sensation, such as a vibration in your hands or body - your inner compass will tell you - and the best person to begin practicing this on is yourself. A no may feel like a resistance within you so listen with all of your senses. And most of all trust.’No’ does come up from time to time and this is the soul simply saying “I don’t need this right now, thank you”.


Call to healing energy to work through you. You can focus this into your hands as you begin to work.


Focus on the chakras you wish to send healing to and use your hands to sense them.

You can do this within your mind - picturing yourself standing and your hands sensing the energy of your chakra at the front and back of your body. The Solar Plexus is a good one to start sensing.

Practice this for a few times before moving on to the triangles.


If you’re still with me by this point well done. Keep trusting. This is a fast track to a intricate healing practice.


Another really useful tip ahead of the triangles: Look at the anatomy of the body in a book or online first, so you have a picture to give your minds eye to work with.


A triangle has 3 points and you only have 2 hands:


When it comes to the triangles, you will also have to use your third eye, the easiest way I found in the beginning was to always use my third eye to connect with the major chakra and allow my hands to connect with the minor energy points or organs. Give it a go and see how you get on.


Here are the triangles that will help you keep aligned and balanced throughout the winter.


Immune system triangle:


Heart chakra Thymus gland Hip bone


This triangle will help boost immunity, the thymus gland and hip bone are responsible for producing white blood cells which are part of the body’s immune system. They help fight of infections and other diseases when the physical body is feeling run down this is a great energetic boost.


Liver triangle:


Solar plexus chakra Liver Liver minor energy point

Your liver plays a vital role in removing toxins from your body amongst other jobs, bringing healing energy to this organ helps the entire body.


Spleen triangle:


Solar plexus Spleen Spleen minor energy point.


The spleen is a reservoir of blood on a physical level. Within the etheric body the spleen is seen as an entry point of prana - or life force energy. This triangle opens up this channel bringing in a huge top up of life force energy. You’ll feel energised from this one.


Adrenals triangle.


Base centre Both Adrenals (these sit on your kidneys) You have two so use one hand for each making the triangle.


This one is vital if you’ve been feeling stressed. Our adrenals are responsible for releasing cortisol - simply put, this is the stress hormone and tells our body to go into fight or flight mode. Bringing harmony through this triangles tells your pituitary gland and adrenals to regulate hormone production.


When you have finished the triangles the best thing to do is to ground yourself. Here is my grounding practice for you to try: it’s a few ‘moving’ triangles.


  • Connect to your Sacral chakra with your minds eye.

  • With your hands connect with the energy points at your hip joints.

  • Hold this triangle until you feel a shift

  • Staying with the third eye- sacral connection move your hands down to the energy points behind your knees, connecting with the next triangle, imagining guiding the energy downwards.

  • Hold this triangle until you feel guided to move on

  • Then keeping the connection between the third eye and sacral again, move your hands slowly down to your feet and connect with the energy points at the soles of your feet.

  • Hold until you feel grounded or a a shift in your hands.

  • You can take it one step further and call your Earth star into your awareness and ask the energy you have sent to yourself to be anchored into your Earth star.

This is a very simple guide to what are intricate healing practices. Your soul will discern what is for your highest good.


This kind of healing seeks to restore balance within you which can mean that you may sometimes feel that shift within your physical body as what was keeping you unbalanced finds it way out of your system. This can show up as tears, changes in digestion, mood swings or changes, tiredness. Drink lots of water and rest well once you have carried out these triangles and also pay attention to your dreams and feelings over the following days.
