Sound takes me to different dimensions. Dimensions of spirit and dimensions of myself; the depths where the vibrations rattle loose the scared and shy shadow aspects, the subtle layers where my soul is waiting ready to be fully expressive in all its expansive creativity.
Sound has become a love of mine. To sit and explore the feelings that arise from the vibration the instruments give, to feel and express the sounds that want to come from me. My voice, my throat, my tool for expression.
Each instrument talks to me. Each sound takes me somewhere or shows me something. Teaches me.
I didn’t plan to share this video, I record myself to capture my rawness and to witness the healing that I go through in these moments, to relive them and see the process and to be reminded of what I released, learned or received. This video called to be shared.
