Sooth Your Nervous System | Alta Major Chakra Healing & Integration

The Alta Major Chakra soothes the nervous system, balances communication between the brain and body, and is essential to the filtration of cosmic energies into our energetic fields.
It is a lesser-known chakra, yet it has such an important role.
Whenever your nervous system feels overworked, overstimulated, or you have a general sense of being dysregulated, the Alta Major Chakra can help to soothe your system and inform you if what you are feeling is situational to life or due to energies you are receiving by communicating the language of the integration that is taking place.
How This Works: The Layers of Your Light Body
Our energy field is made up of "layers" of energy that all have a slightly different density—all sublime, yet each one slightly denser than the last:
The Etheric Body: The lightest layer. This is where our own spiritual energy touches, receives, transmits, and integrates all etheric and Akashic energy from outside our field.
The Mental Body: Slightly denser than the etheric, this "houses" the nervous system. This is why nervous system dysregulation shows up mostly as symptoms such as anxiety, stress, and rumination.
The Emotional Body: More dense, almost watery and plasmic. It interchanges with the Astral body, allowing different interactions with etheric energy because our emotions are "living memory."
The Physical Body: The densest layer. Although we feel most of our symptoms here, it is actually the last place that integration lands.
When we work with the Alta Major, we allow the filtration of energy through the density of all our light bodies to feel supported.
A Receiver and Transmitter
If we are highly sensitive, we can tune into the filtration as it is happening by connecting with the Alta Major Chakra. It allows us to hear and feel the areas of our bodies and fields that are being tested, cleared out, aligned, or holding something we need to process.
As you listen to the healing meditation at the top of this post, feel yourself connecting with your Alta Major Chakra, which resides at the back of your head where your spine meets your skull. Feel it filtering energy through you from the cosmos to support all you need in this moment.
