Alta Major Healing Meditation

The following meditation offers you healing to the nervous system through working with the Alta Major chakra. This is a very important chakra for us individually and collectively, today the focus will be working with the AM for healing to our entire Being.
 
Our nervous system can be seen as the physical impression on our energetic networks that travel through and around our bodies and fields. The connection between these two systems is within our etheric body - which is a layer of the energy field that interpenetrates our physical and subtle bodies. The Alta Major is the entry point, or gateway to begin 'speaking' with the nervous system and energetic network - which leads to a great calming and alignment, bringing you back into a state of harmony, balance and clarity.
 
The meditation is an offering of healing to your Alta Major to bring about peace and harmony in your bodies, and for it to ripple out into your life.
