A 545g block will provide you  with approx 11 ceremonial servings (40-42g), although Ruk'u'x'Ulew Heart of the Earth Cacao is potent and you may well find a serving of between 30-37g is all you need.
 
Our Cacao supports and is lovingly processed by the Ruk'u'x'Ulew women's collective in Guatemala. The translation from Mayan to English means Heart of the Earth - Pronounced Roo-Koosh-Ouh-Leh-Ou.
 
 
Ruk'u'x'Ulew  Ceremonial Cacao is single-origin, organic cacao made from beans sourced from a small family farm in Alta-Verapaz, Coban, Guatemala. Each bean is fermented, sun-dried, lightly roasted and peeled by hand. It is milled in small batches, packaged fresh and enjoyed around the world.
