The Soul Awakening Day Retreat is a sacred, six-hour immersion designed to awaken another layer of who you are. Held quarterly in alignment with the natural turn of the seasons, this retreat offers a sanctuary to step out of the daily noise and allow deep soul integration into your human personality through ceremony, sacred practice, and community with like-minded hearts. THE FLOW OF OUR DAY To support our integration and embodiment of all that we learn and experience, we gather in an intimate, held circle. Each quarterly gathering is uniquely curated, bringing together: Sacred Cacao Ceremony & Communion: We open our day by sitting with the spirit medicine of Cacao. Likened to that of a grandmother—a gentle, all-knowing presence—her medicine holds, nourishes, and softens us into the realms of the soul, deep in heart-centred alignment. Shamanic & Celestial Sound Journey: Guided by sacred soundscapes, we venture deep into our inner landscapes to realign, harmonise, and clear subtle energetic pathways. Seasonal Rituals & Practices: Practical, soul-based teachings, rituals, and energetic tools designed to align you with the subtle rhythms of the seasons. These are medicine and wisdom ways you can take home to nourish your daily life. Guest Embodiment Practices: Select retreats feature guest facilitators offering complementary modalities such as restorative yoga, breath-work, or sound healing. Sharing Circle & Nourishment: Space to be heard, validated, and held in community. We take a dedicated 30-minute pause midday to nourish our physical bodies, share food, and take in fresh air together. Cacao, sound, ritual, and sacred community create a blissful blend for deep healing, self-empowerment, and swift outer transformation. PRACTICALITIES Duration: 6 Hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Lunch: Please bring a light packed lunch to nourish yourself during our midday pause. Herbal teas and sacred ceremonial cacao are provided. Intimacy: Spaces are strictly capped at 8 participants to maintain deep connection, safety, and individual support within the container.
