The Crown Centre - soul light enters & harmony is restored

The Crown Centre carries a flow of energy different to all of the other centres.
It enters through the crown of the head, touches the pineal gland,
and travels downwards through the body.
Even though it is divine energy,
its movement is not forceful —
it penetrates by opening,
by softening.
The Crown is a point of balance.
It touches the left and right hemispheres of the brain,
listens and speaks to both the divine masculine and divine feminine within the vessel.
Through this listening and speaking,
the currents of polarity are revealed in their imbalance,
and invited back into harmony.
Upper and lower,
left and right,
masculine and feminine —
the Crown allows these currents to dance within us.
The Crown also delivers its energy in a very different way to the other centres.
It does not flow as a single stream,
but as an encompassing field.
It fills all the spaces that have been cleared
through the balancing of the other centres —
entering when the vessel has been made ready.
When space is opened,
the soul light descends.
In the dance of personality and soul,
the Ajna represents personality,
while the Crown represents the soul.
When imbalance arises,
the Crown can be held with the Ajna,
so that what is out of harmony may be released.
This opens a pathway for personality and soul
to merge, to integrate,
and to move together as one.
The Crown is more than the “top chakra.”
It is the descent of soul light.
The bridge of harmony.
The field through which we are opened
to the fullness of who we are.
A Practice for Acknowledging the Crown
Close your eyes. Bring your awareness inward, anchoring softly in the quiet vessel of your heart.
From the heart, gently drift your attention upward—resting your focus at the very top of your head, at the Crown.
Remember, the Crown is not an energy we force or actively search for. It is an encompassing field. You do not need to pull the energy down; you simply offer your presence.
Quietly offer your awareness to the Crown. Acknowledge its presence, and allow yourself to wait—softening as you invite the Crown to acknowledge you in return.
Once you feel that subtle link of acknowledgment open, simply rest there and feel:
The Soft Penetration: Notice how the energy does not rush in. It enters by opening, by softening, touching the pineal gland and drifting downward through your physical body.
The Listening Space: Feel the Crown touching both the left and right hemispheres of your brain—listening to the divine masculine and divine feminine within you, holding them in perfect balance.
The Field of Soul Light: Sense this energy not as a narrow stream, but as a spacious, gentle field filling every quiet corner of your vessel.
The Merging: Allow the Crown and the Ajna to hold space together, offering a pathway for your personality and your soul to merge and move as one.
Stay in this quiet field for as long as feels natural, allowing the soul light to descend and integrate. When you are ready, gently bring your focus back to your breath and open your eyes.
