Lions Gate Codex

Use this collection to embody consciousness from our sister star Sirius and walk through the Lion's Gate

Every action we take towards our own betterment, and for the collective, holds the intention we infuse it with.

When we take those actions from a heart aligned place the stronger we make the potential outcomes.

A commitment ritual is a beautiful way to infuse your path ahead with your intention - of the mind and of the heart.

You can come back to this practice each time you are ready to expand into the next spiral of your potential and readjust, or begin again as the new version of yourself you committed to creating the last time you were here.

Create a sacred space - quiet, undisturbed.

Have your tools at hand - a journal, herbs or essences to cleanse and prepare your space and your energy body, crystals - any items that you feel you wish to have with you to witness and amplify your commitment.

Cleanse your space whilst thinking and breathing your intention to set your commitment to the next phase of your journey.

Settle comfortably into your seat or on the floor and begin to breathe consciously into your heart space, deep inhales that expand your sacred heart and exhales that first cleanse and release tension, then once you feel relaxed, use your exhales to expand your heart radiance further out into your entire energy field.

From this centred state, tune your focus into your commitment, think, feel, vision and know all that you are committing to.

When you feel completely attuned, pick up your journal and allow all of the sensations to channel through you and automatically write what comes about your commitment into your journal.

Let the energy flow from your heart space where you have accumulated your commitment down your arm, through your hand and into your journal.

Allow the words to flow as they need to so that you are speaking from the heart, and via the heart, speaking from the soul.

When the flow of your heart words begins to slow or stop, read your writing and see what flowed through you.

Notice how you feel when you read the words that come from your purest inner space.

Next, call your guides and any ascended masters, or light beings you feel drawn to into the space with you. (You may wish to use an oracle deck to help you to know who is present with you)

Ask them to witness you as you read your commitment aloud

(You can summarise your writings into a smaller paragraph or pointers - if you wish to shorten what you have written you can - everything you wrote will be encoded into your summarised version. This gives you the chance to refine your words, only if you feel you would like to).

Once you have spoken your commitment to your guides, sit silently and listen into the stillness for any sensations, visions and responses that come to you. You may wish to record them in your journal too.

Thank the light beings that witnessed you, thank your Soul for the purity of words and gently come back to the present moment.

Commitment Practice

A simple practice to deepen your intentions to your path, or a situation that you feel needs your dedication

Calling to the Directions from the teachings of the Munay Ki - co-created by Alberto Viloldo.

This is a practice that calls to the archetypal energies of the four directions (south, west, north & east) as they are seen by the Inca/Peruvian Shamans of the Andes who are the last descendants of the Laika - an ancient civilisation said to have had luminous bodies likened to Angels, who travelled from the Bering Strait to South America many years ago bringing their ancient traditions and Sacred ways with them.

This is a beautiful practice that you can use and ‘play with’ incorporating instruments, using your voices, feeling for responses from the directions you call to and much more.

You’ll need a rattle or drum and an awareness of the directions.

You begin by facing the direction in which you most closely live - for us here it is the South.
Take a breath and a moment to bring your full awareness to your practice of opening Sacred Space, bring yourself fully into the moment.
Then with a rattle or drum you use the sound of the instrument to call to the winds (and spirits) of the direction
You then read the words below for the first direction (south) for opening the Sacred Space
When you have read the words you can pause and feel for any response or awareness of your words being received
Use your instrument again towards the direction
Turn to face the next direction and repeat.

For calling to the Earth and Great Spirit there is no need for a rattle or any instrument - their energy is different and simply placing your hands towards them or even touching the floor when you connect with the Earth is all that is needed.

Opening Sacred Space

To the winds of the South, Great Serpent.
Wrap coils of light around us.
Teach us to shed the past the way you shed your skin, to walk softly on the earth.
Show us the beauty way.
Ah Ho

To the winds of the West, Mother Jaguar.
Protect our medicine space.
Teach us the way of peace, to live impeccably.
Show us the way beyond death.
Ah Ho

To the winds of the North, Hummingbird, Grandmothers and Grandfathers, Ancient ones.
Come and warm your hands by our fires, whisper to us in the wind.
We honour you who have come before us and you who will come after us,
Our children’s, children.
Ah Ho

To the winds of the East, Great Eagle, Condor
Come to us from the place of the Rising sun, keep us under your wing.
Show us the mountains we only dare to dream of.
Teach us to fly wing to wing with the great spirit.
Ah Ho

Mother Earth, we have gathered for the healing of all your children;
The stone people, the plant people, the four legged, the two legged, the creepy crawlers,
The finned, the furred and the winged ones
All our relations
Ah Ho

Father sun, Grandmother moon and to the Star Nations. Great Spirit;
You who are known by a thousand names and you who are the unnameable one.
Thank you for bringing us together and allowing us to sing the song of life.
Ah Ho
